Has my order been shipped?- Once we begin fulfillment of your products, you will receive an email with your tracking number as well as an estimated date of arrival. Please note that this is an estimate only and that inclement weather, as well as other unexpected events, might result in a slight delay of your products. How much is shipping to my country? - Shipping costs can vary depending on the country and the shipping method selected. If you would like to know the shipping fees to your area, we suggest attempting checkout on our website for accurate numbers.
Processing Time - Expect 3-5 business days between the date an order is placed and when it is shipped. Processing time includes time for our distribution center to pack and ship orders with care! Please expect extended processing times during sales, promotions, and holidays due to heightened sales volume.
Return/ Exchange Policy - Domestic orders have 3 calendar days after delivery to report order discrepancy, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Due to shipping costs, we are unable to accept international returns.
Are returns free? Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee. The fee will be applied based on individual shipment circumstances. Zodiac Cosmetics does not refund shipping costs.
Why did you refuse my package? Zodiac Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse any package for any reason once it has been returned.
My products arrived damaged. Please do not discard any of the items, take photos and notify us within three (3) calendar ays of delivery via our “contact us” option.
The color isn't the same as I saw online. - Zodiac Cosmetics tries to accurately display and represent the colors of the products. However, the actual colors you see may depend on your monitor, screen resolution, undertones and more. Returns based on slight color variation is at the discretion of Zodiac Cosmetics.
I have purchased from one of your retailers and I would like to return the products. Zodiac Cosmetics can only be purchased through our website. Purchases from outside vendors are not authorized and returns from outside vendors will not be honored.
Failed Delivery? We are not responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to our Order Fulfillment Center due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if you the customer refused to accept the package. Only a store credit for the refused items will be issued and we will reserve the right to deduct any related return charge imposed by the shipping carrier.

How can you do that? - Because of the speedy way in which they process your orders, we can't stop them from processing your products. What is the delay, it has past the three days for processing time? Please note that after a sale or special that the processing time can take anywhere from 48 to 72 additional business hours (for a total of five day processing time) before your product leaves our warehouse.
You think you might have had a reaction to the pigments. What do you do? Our pigments are hypoallergenic and tested. In the highly unlikely occurrence of a reaction, (redness, itching, burning, skin tightness or other adverse reactions) immediately cleans skin and reframe from continued use of products.
